What type of cameras do you use?
My preference of camera is the Canon 35mm.I always have
plenty of back up equipment such as extra cameras, flashes,
cords, battery packs and what ever else is needed. |
Are the photographs digital?
No, its film. |
Would we be able to have them in a digital format?
Yes, on CD’s for a charge of $20.00 per roll at
the time of processing. All rolls must be processed. File
format, JPG 4.5 - 250 DPI |
Is it possible to take all shots in color and decide later
what to change to black and white or sepia tone?
Yes |
Do you use different types of film during our wedding?
I use several types and speeds of film while photographing
your wedding. Depending on what is needed. |
Would you be taking the photographs personally?

How long is it typically before we would see the edited
images in a preview album?
Four to ten weeks depending on the time of the year. |
Once we order our final wedding album how long until we
see the final product?
Two to four months |
What are the individual picture prices for the
images we choose to reorder?

brochure under reprint prices.

How long are album and reprint prices guaranteed for?
Sixty days from the date you receive your preview album. |
What if you are Ill the day of the wedding?
If I were unable at the last moment to photograph your
wedding, I have qualified associate photographers who will
cover the event, to this date I have never had to do this. |
What is your payment Schedule?
1/3 to reserve your wedding date
1/3 due 90 days prior to your wedding date
Balance due 30 days prior to your wedding date |
Do you take Master Card, Visa or American Express?
Cash, Check, Master Card and Visa. |
Do we need to pay tax on your service?
Yes, add your county tax to all quoted prces, unless your
albums/ photos will be shipped out of the California. |
Can you hold a date prior to our meeting or after
our meeting without a contract?
No, a signed contract and retainer of one third of total
cost of the package is required to secure your wedding
date. |
Do I need to choose my final wedding album at the time
of signing the contract?
No, the average couple waits anywhere from 9 months to
2 years to order the final wedding album. |
Who pays shipping?
All shipping is paid by the client. All shipping is FedEX.
There is a $35.00 shipping charge for the preview album
(international may be higher) Minimum shipping for reprints/
negatives is $9.00 max $30.00. Renaissance and Art Z albums
will be sent out at shipping rate. |
Is there a travel fee?
For weddings outside Napa or Sonoma Valley there will
be a travel fee. |
